If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Returns are eligible for store credit only
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, pending availability
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Seasonal or special event items

- Your order number
- The item(s) you’re returning or exchanging
- The reason for the return (helps us improve!)
