If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, pending availability
  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Seasonal or special event items

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’re returning or exchanging
  • The reason for the return (helps us improve!)
